supreme recruitment post COVID-19

First of all, we would like to thank all of our team within Supreme Recruitment and all of our workers for their continued hard work throughout this tough time for everybody.

Supreme Recruitment has continued to work throughout COVID-19, supplying temporary staff for companies who were still operating through the pandemic.

Our wonderful candidates have shown excellent commitment and hard work throughout this time and we are grateful to every individual that has gone out to work.

We still carry out our extensive screening for candidates, but now with no physical contact; applications are sent in online, followed up with online video interviews via zoom, and further communication over emails and telephone. References are still vital to be obtained before we send anyone out to our companies.

During the pandemic, a study by REC showed that demand for temporary workers increased by 15%, meaning we were able to continue filling roles for our customers. Now that more day to day operations are back up and running, more companies are getting back to work and we are continuing to provide our high standards of service.

As companies are attempting to recover from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary workers have become increasingly vital, allowing the firm to create roles when the future is uncertain and allowing the worker a chance to get back into work, earn money quickly and perhaps progress into a permanent position.
